Another very popular tourist attraction is the Umaid Bhavan Palace, which was built in the twentieth century by the then ruler of the region Maharaja Umaid Singh. The palace is stunning in its architecture and grandeur making it a very pleasing sight to the eye.

Volunteering in Rajasthan

Rajasthan the Land of the Kings is also one of the most enchanting destinations to visit in India in terms of its stark contrast to other regions of the country. A Special Way to Lend a Helping Hand

In our culture and society it has always been a priority of teaching young people to help the needy and always think about others’ needs first. In this day and age, where elders are increasingly concerned about themselves, their needs and concerns due to the increasingly fast paced life they live. The youth of the world is waking up to the expectations of great people like Mahatma Gandhi and Mother Teresa and beginning to discover the need of helping others. 


The numerous NGOs and social organizations have propped up to fulfill the obligation of helping the society and making the world a better place to live in, where there is love and brotherhood amongst people and not ignorance and isolation. The great author Ralph Waldo Emerson once said that
“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, and to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
